Dow 2 day advance strongest since August 2015

All that pain from last week, is forgotten.  Well maybe not fully but it has healed almost half of the pain.

For the day:
  • The S&P rose 36.45 points or +1.39% at 2656.00. The high reached 2672.61. The low fell to 2622.45.
  • The Nasdaq rose 107.47 points or 1.56% at 6981.96. The high reached 7023.62. The low extended to 6879.69.
  • The Dow rose 410.37 or 1.7% at 24601.27. The high reached 24765.16. The low extended to 24290.48.

  • Micron, +4.4%
  • 3M +4.33%
  • Apple +4.03%
  • Broadcom, +3.78%
  • Amazon +3.48%
  • Netflix was 3.40%
  • Boeing +3.26%
  • American Express, +3.23%
  • Delta Airlines, +3.15%
  • BankAmerica +2.59%
  • Morgan Stanley +2.47%
Some underachievers included:
  • Wynn Resorts, -1.99%
  • Twitter, -1.76%
  • Nvidia, -1.75%.  Amazon announced they were looking to offer an AI chip.
