US Treasury to sell $28 billion seven-year notes

At the top of the hour the Treasury Dept will auction $28 billion of seven year notes.

The market has been choppy this week as mixed data competed with the Fed, politics and positioning to create a wide range. Sevens have traded from 2.04% to 2.14% the past three days.

Yields have tracked higher today and the OTR 7s are at 2.12%. The new notes are trading at 2.135% on the bid side in the when-issued market. The results are due just after the top of the hour.
