More sunshine from Trudeau.
The question is: Would he be saying that if he thought the US was preparing to pull the plug? Probably not but I don't think Trudeau or Lighthizer or anyone else is sure what the President will do.
Trump has repeatedly called NAFTA "the worst trade deal in history" and it would be a bit rich to turn around and say it's fixed but as Billy Bush said yesterday:
"Later, when the cameras were off, he said, 'Billy, look, you just tell them and they believe it. That's it: you just tell them and they believe. They just do."
