Trump says he's holding a news conference at 1 pm ET
Trump will hold a press conference on the omnibus spending bill that was passed by the Senate and needs to be signed by the President.
He threatened to veto it earlier today. If he does that, the market will not be happy.
There is also a risk he could be asked about China and say something inflammatory.
