A slight miss on residential prices for the month, though again it's a light data point. Nothing major to shake things up. The average residential house price is £210,402 from the report, down from £211,756 in January.

Cable is up to 1.3765 currently, as the dollar weakens a little across the board. EUR/GBP is at 0.8867, still tightly bound while GBP/JPY is near highs at 147.00.
