EURUSD swings back higher as the market treads water near MA/50% retracement

Fall below MA and trend line goes no where. Back up testing 50% and the 100 bar MA on 4-hour chart

The 200 hour MA at 1.23486 was broken, but the price went no where.

The price is not back up retesting the 100 bar MA on the 4-hour chart and the 50% of the move down from February 1 high. That came in at 1.23639. Earlier today, the price moved above that MA line on 4 separate hourly bars, only to fail on each break.

Something has to give at some point.
