Carney is still speaking in parliament

The optimistic part is that he still sounds upbeat on some issues surrounding the economy - the one less affected by Brexit uncertainty that is. As long as wages help to keep price pressures upbeat, it'll help to keep the BOE's "gradual and limited" rate hike view on the table.
