Draghi is reading from the same old script but the euro bulls have been on the sidelines and they’re showing a great deal of strength here. Middle East offers were up at 1.3590 and large offers protecting 1.3600 but the high so far is 1.3604. There is some chatter about buy stops above 1.3605.
The questions to Draghi are winding down, he’s said all he’s going to say this month. The status quo remains, they are slightly more upbeat but will keep all options on the table.
