BOE's Tenreyro: I expect QE unwind to have no material effect on UK economy

• Experience with QE unwind so far supports view it won't have material effect

I'm skeptical of the view that QE is useful as it's put into place and it has 'no material effect' as it's unwound. There are timinig differences in the pace but we're already seeing heightened volatility in bonds.
