Funny that, after I posted about the Ukraine asking the EU to block the project.
It’s not linked though apparently. The Eu have written a warning letter as they are concerned about the public tender process for the works. EU spokesman Antoine Colombani said the tendering was handled “without the transparent procedure that is expected in such cases” and gave preference to Bulgarian and Russian bidders. Shocked I am.
The timing of the two stories is purely coincidental I’m sure.
