• seeing significant pay jumps for people changing jobs
• he probably would've dissented against October rate cut

Bostic is the president of the Atlanta Fed and he does not vote in 2019 or 2020. He is generally considered a dove, but his comment about dissenting against the October rate cut is against the grain a bit.
