BOE Broadbent: UK business investment trends are still negative

Speaking on Brexit, BOE deputy governor Broadbent is saying:

• UK business investment trends are still negative
• Brexit outcome that firms see most negatively is more likely to mean delayed projects are canceled

The GBPUSD tried to rebound in trading today, but after a run higher in the early European session, the pair has moved back lower. The pair just traded to a new low of 1.27139. The price is not running, but it is not going higher either.
