Fed remains in the blackout

Fed remains in the blackout
A couple of central bank speeches are notable today.

The main one is from Draghi at 1700 GMT. He's in Portugal at an ECB forum. I don't expect anything new from him because not much has changed since the ECB meeting and press conference but stay on guard.

Another one to watch is at 1830 GMT (2:30 pm ET) when BOC Deputy Lawrence Schembri speaks in Edmonton. The topic is "inflation Target Renewal" so it might dodge talk about rates and the current outlook but it's an event that's missing from many economic calendars so there's a chance to catch the market sleeping. if there's nothing in the main text, watch out for the slight chance of something in the audience Q&A.
