Were the ECB inflation forecasts leaked?

Buried in the latest ECB preview from Bloomberg is information from unnamed officials on tomorrow's ECB inflation forecasts.

The sources say the 2017 forecast will be bumped up to 1.7% from 1.3% and that 2018 will rise to 1.6% from 1.5%. For 2019, the forecast will remain at 1.7%.

The source said the numbers weren't final until they are published.
