According to Bloomberg they have already started to draft minutes of the governing council meetings and will looking at different formats in the coming months There will be no minutes this month.
The nitty gritty is that the market wants to know how members have voted for policy, something a few members are apprehensive about. Depending on how in depth the minutes go it would be a good insight into the workings of the ECB. We’ll probably get something along the lines of the Fed minutes. I would imagine that given the closeness of the presser to the actual rate announcement they would likely defer releasing the minutes to another time.
