ECB governing council member, Pablo Hernandez de Cos, speaks in Madrid
Nothing much of note from de Cos thus far as he is speaking in a Bloomberg event on capital markets. There will be a host of ECB speakers to come later in the day with Philip Lane due to speak in Brussels at 0930 GMT on his appointment as chief economist before we get Mersch, Visco and Coeure later in the European afternoon.
