  • Sees QE less critically than the OMT
  • Economic recovery has firmed since 2013
  • QE is less problematic than OMT
  • It's less likely that the OMT is activated while QE is on place

The comments are coming from his appearance at the German constitutional court which is running the rule over last years ECJ ruling on the OMT program
