Robert Kaplan (head of the Dallas Fed) was chattering away all arvo in the US

And he is still going! Headlines via Bloomberg:

  • Says he wants to pursue 'disciplined' monetary policy
  • Fed is struggling with figuring out how close US is to full employment

He is speaking on a panel which includes other Fed luminaries Bullard, Lockhart and Williams

-

Added (comments from some of his friends on the panel):

  • Lockhart: BOJ runs the risk of distorting markets in Japan through easing policies

(Riiiight .... What was your first clue, dude?)

This isn't a real bunny. A real bunny brings chocolate eggs once a year. I love real bunnies.
