House expected to vote on stimulus plan today. Stocks give up gains

This is the House's $2.2 trillion plan

Yesterday the House delayed the vote so Mnuchin and Pelosi could talk again today. Those talks don't look like they're going anywhere so they're proceeding with the vote. That could change once again but you can see which way the wind is blowing.

The S&P 500 has just about given up its gains.
