  • ECB is ready to prepare for deflation risks
  • Preparation allows ECB to react faster

The feeling I get is that while QE is being talked about in ECB HQ they still don’t have a full idea on how to run it. The comments here potentially push any actual action further down the line. No doubt member states will be wanting to have their say in affairs (looks towards Germany).
