The Reserve Bank of New Zealand announcement next week is on 27 September at 2100 GMT

Its no surprise that there will be no change in rates

For one thing, its a OCR announcement only, there will be no Monetary Policy Statement and no media conference following from Governor Orr

But ... more than that, today's GDP result is another indication the RBNZ will be on hold for a good while yet. Orr has stated he'd want to see falling economic output before he'd begin thinking about any near term rate cut, so you can rule that out.

While Q2 GDP is backward looking there are still worries for the RBNZ (they'll be very wary of the sharp drop in business confidence). So the RBNZ won't be entirely comfortable, and will continue monitoring, but there is no near term cut in the offing.
