Maybe someone stuck a sandwich in it or something. Whatever it was he's back, further remarks crossing news wires now. He says he is worried about prices rising (i.e. inflation):
- Inflation may average 6% this year
- We can't allow high prices to become entrenched
- The ECB agreed to make the decision in June
