Hong Kong central bank follows the FOMC with its own 25bp base rate hike, as expected

The HKD is pegged in a bande to the USD.

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority have raised their base rate by 25bps to 5.25%. They follow the Fed like this as a matter of course.
