It's been a roller coaster of a day for Treasuries

30-year yields are down to a fresh record low of 1.953% and is down by 6 bps currently on the day. The reversal in risk continues to highlight how fragile market sentiment is right now and will be a key theme to watch out for in trading later.

This has pushed USD/JPY to its lows for the day at 105.70 as the risk-off mood deepens.
