I've only managed a quick skim so far (its just out) but the conclusion is depressingly as expected:
Ultimately, it does not seem as though any radical overhaul is occurring in Japan's corporate world. The success stories of companies having made progressive internal changes, and of these changes producing the desired results, stand out because they are the exception.
