ps. the next RBNZ monetary policy decision is due May 7. Its the first where Orr will not have the one and only vote. Its the new 7 person committee to decide.

• Orr and 3 other members of the committee are internal to the Bank
• 3 members are external to the bank.

Orr should still get his way, if the other 3 internal members know what is good for their careers, that is. ;-)
