Company said it will cut workers without fresh money
American Airlines says that if it doesn't get more PPP bailout money, it will cut 19,000 workers on October 1.
Congress has been able to shrug off the end of consumer stimulus but eventually there will have to be more money or the economy will roll over along with markets.
