The Asian equity markets took their lead from gains in the US overnight and at time of writing Tokyo, Hong Kong and Sydney were all up 1 – 2%.
ASX200 – 3408 +1.1% – The biggest movers on the market today were property related stocks with the industrials the only sector in the red for the day.
I will provide an update on the movers and shakers in Hong Kong and Tokyo after their markets close for the day.
