I posted earlier on RBA info to come next week for the Australian dollar:

In addition to the RBA events there are two notable data releases:

  • Wages data on Wednesday
  • Employment report on Thursday

ANZ's quick outlook for the data impact:

  • The market perception of the health of the Australian economy has taken the drastic shift over the past couple of weeks. While we too think that the momentum in the economy has slowed and we are more cautious about the outlook in the second half of this year, the employment numbers this week will continue to exhibit reasonable momentum, and wages will continue their slow turn-around. Overall we think positive surprises in the data could have a larger impact this week given how far the market has moved of late.

(bolding mine … something to watch for)
