Analysts at Bank of America Merrill Lynch say to sell USD/JPY at 101.75 with a target of 99.21 and a stop at 102.85. The say to add to the position at 102.18.
We’ve had some recent recommendations from BAML:
- On May 15 they recommended selling EUR/USD at 1.3725 with a target of 1.3104. That trade was more than 200 pips in the money in mid-June but is back close to entry.
- In late April, they recommended cable longs with a target of 1.7113 and we finally got there this week but not before their stop of 1.6770 was tripped.
- On June 10, they recommended buying USD/CHF on the close above the 200dma with a target of 0.9266 and a stop at 0.8800. This has been a tough trade and is about 110 pips underwater and 90 pips from the stop.
