Korea's central bank is worried about employees trading Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on the job

According to a press release by the central bank's deputy head, Park Young-chool, the Bank of Korea plans to ask its staff to refrain from trading cryptocurrencies - particularly during working hours.

This follows the move by the Industrial Bank of Korea when they released an internal statement this month asking employees to resist "reckless" trading of cryptocurrencies - saying that the bank will take strict measures against those who trade it during working hours.

I wouldn't be surprised if the employees give up their jobs just to keep up with the mania. But if not, I guess that's what those washroom cubicles are good for, no?
