Japan’s largest opposition party plans to submit a censure motion against PM Noda as early as August 29th , the Sankei newspaper reported, without citing anyone .
The LDP aims to force Noda into calling elections after he pledged to hold elections “soon” in return for a deal on a sales tax increase, the report said.
