Comments from Biden after the jobs report

I found it interesting that GM was saying the chip shortage wasn't a big problem anymore. Meanwhile, chipmakers are spending around $40 billion in Arizona alone to build new foundries and Japan is talking about big subsidies for more. In 2-3 years the world is going to be flooded with chips.
