Bids near 83.50 “not massive”

There are some bids around and just below the 83.50 level, but they are not massive,traders say. It does not look, at this stage, like Kampo, the foreign investment arm of the Japanese postal savings system, is making any sort of show of force…Sometime the Kampo will act on a quasi-official basis for the Japanese authorities. No sign of that yet…

USD/JPY trades at 83.58 from 83.50 lows.
