Kuroda trying to sound as upbeat as possible

After the BOJ downgraded its outlook on exports and production, Kuroda is so far doing all he can to convince markets that it doesn't materially change the central bank's next steps. He's been talking a lot about China in his press conference today though, reckon it wouldn't be a good thing if Chinese economic data continues to disappoint moving forward.
