- Not thinking of conducting another comprehensive review of BOJ's policy

- If inflation approaches 2%, conditions will gradually fall into place to mull exit
- If conditions fall into place, board could discuss conditions for exit
- If conditions fall into place for exit, BOJ will take into account impact of such a change on the market and communicate appropriately
One too many ifs there by Kuroda I reckon. Chances are we're never going to get there by fiscal year 2019 as they would like, so any discussion on that will be something to only touch on a long, long way down the road.
