White House plan will differ from House plan - report

Gary Cohn is crafting Trump's tax plan and he met a group of CEOs this morning at the White House. According to an attendee, he told them that the White House does not support the House's version of the tax.

The headlines, or at least some kind of misinterpretation of them, might be partly responsible for the latest wobble in USD/JPY.

My takeaway is that this is another sign of how messy it's going to be to try to reform the US tax code. I don't see Congress happily accepting a plan that Trump's team tries to shove down their throats. Nevermind all the special interests that have paid for all those Congressmen's campaigns.
