EU diplomats will attend the seminars above - that will be conducted by Michel Barnier's team - in order to try and get a head start in negotiations about a future trade relationship with the UK over the next eleven months or so.
The whole point of this is to get everyone on the same page and to establish a more cohesive stance before they go about in negotiating with the UK on the above matters.
