Despite all the 'legally binding' comments, promises to use your best endeavours means, are, well, not 'legally binding'.
This is off to the UK Parliament tomorrow, Tuesday, for a meaningful vote. Maybe it'll get a yes vote, but given the UK parliament response so far I wonlt be holding my breath.
