Cable hits a session high of 1.2748
The US dollar was hit by a quick wave of selling in the past few minutes. There's no trigger in the news, as far as I can see.
The dollar selling sent cable through the previous session high of 1.2735 and hit some buy stops on the way through.
USD/CAD and EUR/USD have also seen notable moves on the dollar flows.
In the bigger picture, worries about Turkey and emerging markets are fading. A look at emerging market currencies, shows that virtually everything is higher against the dollar today.
