CANADA DATA: Retail sales declined 0.2% to C$38.9bln in Feb,
offsetting the gain in Jan. Retail sales ex-autos showed an increase of
0.5%, with new car dealers (-2.8%) accounting for the majority of the
decline in the total retail sales result. In dollar terms, sales were
reported to fall most heavily in Ontario, declining 0.9%.
