  • Toronta sales increased 1.0% and 10.6% YoY
  • The average sales price came in at $431.276 up from $426,971 (1% gain).
  • The YoY increase is a healthy 9.4%.
  • Vancouver average price $870,207, +3.1%. For the year prices are up 11.2%

All the reason why the Bank of Canada should keep rates unchanged.
