Trudeau shuffles cabinet
2019 is an election year in Canada and Justin Trudeau is getting his team in line.
In a cabinet shuffle, he left foreign affairs minister Chrystia Freeland in place, meaning she will continue to negotiate NAFTA. Finance Minster Morneau was also left in his position.
However, natural resources minister Jim Carr was moved to trade minister while trade minister Champagne moves to infrastructure. Amarjeet Sohi will take over natural resources.
Trudeau has a slight lead over the Conservatives in the polls but I'm assuming third-place NDP support will collapse and he will win another term.
