Canadian Liberals say Canadians do not want another election and so they will work with Conservatives to modify their budget. They retain the right to bring the government down if they are not sufficiently appeased.
USD/CAD has fallen sharply already today so it is unlikely the Loonie will get a lift from the news that the government lives to fight another day. USD/CAD trades at 1.2080.
