The latest from the WSJ is a story showing a letter Cantor wrote to House Republicans that “braced his rank-and-file Thursday for a prolonged impasse over funding the government.” They also report that “the Virginia Republican gave little sign that GOP leaders are willing to make any concessions of their own.”
That’s not good news if you’re hoping for a near-term solution. The thing is, it could just be posturing:
