- Consensus forecasts call for slightly weaker readings
- Both Manufacturing PMIs are expected to edge down from 51.2 in October
- Reflects a continued improvement in conditions, but at a slightly slower pace
- Early measures from the Satellite Manufacturing Index and the Market News International survey strengthened slightly, raising the possibility of an upside surprise
