It wouldn't be too surprising if they kept a range target for this year since there are many factors that are still uncertain which could play a role in impacting economic growth, most notably US-China trade relations. For some context, Chinese officials continue to maintain that the country will still post a GDP growth figure of 6.5% in 2018. So, that's the benchmark in terms of growth targets for this year.
