China not building up too much expectations ahead of next week's meeting
Overnight, we got a report that Lighthizer and Mnuchin could possibly be meeting with Liu He three days before the G20 summit. The report also goes on to say that representatives have not spoken to each other for six weeks since talks broke down in May.
But with the week coming to a close, China isn't playing up hopes of progress just yet. Let's see if we'll get anything later when US markets open.
