This is very much a repeat of what was commented yesterday by the foreign ministry here. The official summary/remarks of the conclusion of trade talks yesterday is yet to be released by either party.
The comment on IP theft is new and that's a bit of a positive spin, though unlikely to lift markets off the lull experienced so far to start the day.
