  • may allow banks to use green bond in OMO as collateral
  • 5 green finance pilot provinces have committed incentives inc giving tax breaks of fiscal support

If this is an incentive to curry favour with those highly critical of China's eco-unfriendly policy then the jury will be out for a while yet.
